Prior to the Groundbreaking, Join Velo Kids at the Wheelhouse (71 E 6th St) at 1:30 PM for a short, leisurely group ride (½ mile) to the Holland Bike Park groundbreaking—highlighting the connection to Downtown Holland.

Why a Bike Park?

Outdoor spaces build community and make cities thrive. Bicycles get people outside, improve health, and fuel local economies, but most importantly, they foster relationships and connection.

Nearly 12,000 residents live within one mile of the proposed Bike Park site. Holland needs a space that is open to everyone, free of cost, and designed to break down barriers to access. The Holland Bike Park will be a welcoming hub where kids, teens, adults, and adaptive riders ride together, explore the outdoors, and build confidence.

A vibrant, inclusive community destination designed to spark excitement, inspire confidence, and invite everyone outside.
