Youth Track & Field – Holland Parks and Recreation

Boys and girls in 3rd – 8th grade are invited to learn the fundamentals of track & field in this 4-day camp. This program will be led by HPS Track & Field coaches and athletes. Participants who participate in camp will be automatically registered for the Lakeshore Track & Field Meet on Monday, June 29, 2026.

The Lakeshore Youth Track & Field Meet is an annual track & field event that takes place at the end of June. All boys and girls from 3rd grade – 8th grade are welcome to attend. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in a combination of 3 total track & field events alongside other lakeshore area kids. Meet events include sprints, middle distance, long distance, and field. If you are registered for the Holland Parks & Recreation Track & Field Camp then you are automatically signed up for the Lakeshore Track & Field Meet.

Would your child like the chance to practice before the Tulip City Kids’ Triathlon? Then join us for Triathlon Camp. Participants ages 8 – 13 will have the opportunity to train the three disciplines of a triathlon; swimming, biking, and running, with our local triathlon guru, Coach Kayla, from Gazelle Sports. No experience necessary, although to participate children do need to be able to ride a bike and swim the length of a pool comfortably. Athletes will need a towel, swimsuit, shoes to run in, a bike, and a helmet.
