Pavilion & Gazebo Rentals

Do you have a gathering that you’d like to hold at a city park pavilion or gazebo? The City of Holland offers a rental option for the locations listed below. Reservations open for the calendar year on April 1. All spaces below are rentable from April 15 – October 31. Please review the specific rental options for each site prior to booking, as each one offers a unique experience. Pavilion rental requests must be submitted and payment confirmed at least two weeks prior to your desired date. Please note that all rentable spaces are part of a larger City of Holland park space, and a pavilion rental does not limit public traffic through the park.

*Any other park structures located at City parks, but not listed on this page are first come first serve and are not reservable. 

Holland Ice Park Pavilion

Interested in renting the pavilion at the Holland Ice Park for a family or corporate event? This space is great for birthday parties, family reunions, and small company picnics, and we’d love to have you! Our pavilion is an ideal space for groups of up to 50 to gather.

Pricing: $425 for 3-hour rental period

Maplewood Pavilion
Maplewood Sports Complex
(South Pavilion)

Located at the South end of Maplewood Sports Complex. The most convenient entrance is located off of 40th Street. The pavilion is located near the parks only soccer field and just east of the south side playground.

Pricing: $100 for a 2-hour rental period

Matt Urban Sports Complex
(North Pavilion)

Located at the North end of Matt Urban Sports Complex. Enter the park off of 32nd Street and drive into the complex. The pavilion is located next to the playground and sand volleyball courts on the west side of the park.

Pricing: $100 for a 2-hour rental period

Centennial Gazebo
Centennial Park Gazebo

The Centennial Park Gazebo is available for small scale weddings up to 50 people for a duration of 2 hours. The gazebo is located on the North-East corner of the park. 

Pricing: $200 for a 2-hour rental period
